   • Contact the VA at +1 800 827 1000 to request your disability breakdown letter. This is a letter that shows only the ratings of your disabilities, not your total amount of dollar benefits. This document is essential for your enrollment.
2. Gather Required Documents:
   • Once you receive the disability breakdown letter from the VA, ensure you have the following documents ready:
     • The disability breakdown letter provided by the VA.
     • Your DD214 form.
     • Your veteran ID.
3. Upload Your Documents:
   • Use the form below to upload the disability breakdown letter, DD214, and veteran ID. These documents are necessary to verify your eligibility and secure your spot on the tour.
